When will I receive my order?

*Regular Post: If you live in Queensland you can expect to receive your parcel within 2 to 5 business days. If living in all other states you can expect to receive your parcel within 5 to 10 business days.

*Express Post: If living in Queensland metro areas you can expect to receive your parcel as early as the next business day. In all other ares of Queensland this will be 2 to 3 business days depending if you live in the Express Post parcel network. In all other states please allow 2 to 5 business days for your parcel to arrive. 

*Please take into account any public holidays or weekends. We only ship parcels on working business days.

When will my order be sent?

We aim to ship all orders placed before 11.00AM AEST the same business day. Any orders placed on public holidays or weekends will be shipped the next business day.

Can my parcel be sent to a PO Box or Parcel Locker?

Yes, of course it can! =)

How do I track my parcel?

Once your parcel has been dispatched you will receive an email with the tracking number. Please copy the tracking number in the email and either click-here and paste it or click the link in your email and paste it there to track. Please wait a couple of hours for this email as sometimes it can take up to 24 hours to receive any kind of updated information. If you haven’t received anything over this 24 hour period please get into contact with us via our “contact us” page.

Do you ship outside of Australia?

Unfortunately not at this time. We are aiming to do this in the near future! =)

I’ve received an email or text saying my parcel has been delivered, but i haven’t received it. Where is it?

If there is no one at home at the time of delivery and the driver believes that the area is safe, your parcel will automatically be left in that safe place at the delivery address. Please check letter/mailboxes, around the front of the house, behind bins, behind pot plants and fences. If no luck there please check with housemates or neighbours that could have collected your parcel for safekeeping. Please also check with your body corporate or building management who also may have collected this for you. If still no luck after checking all of these possible places please get into contact with us so we can contact Australia Post for further investigation. Don’t panic though as we will locate your parcel one way or another! =)

Can I sign for my parcel?

Yes, of course you can. Please make sure to let us know in the delivery instructions when placing your order. 


*Please note that we do not except returns for not wanted items due to hygiene reasons.

Faulty Items

If you have a faulty item please get into contact with us straight away via our “contact us” page. Our customer service team will be able to sort this out within 24 hours for you. 



I’ve received the wrong item.

Whoops! We are so sorry about this! Please get into contact with us straight away and our customer service team will get this sorted for you.

I’ve entered the wrong address!

Oh no! Please get into contact with us straight away so we can get this changed for you before your parcel leaves the warehouse. Be sure to be quick though as we send out parcels the same business day!

I wish to cancel my order.

If you wish to cancel your order please get into contact with us ASAP as we only have a short amount of time to do this before it’s too late.
